Der verfügbare Speicherplatz wird bei einigen Kunden nicht korrekt freigegeben. Dies führt dazu, dass vereinzelt Kanäle und Kanalinformationen fehlen.
Dieses Problem kann temporär umgangen werden indem man die App neu installiert und prüft ob man mindestens 100MB freien Speicher hat.
Bei einigen Kunden ist das Kanalmenu sehr langsam.
Beide Probleme werden in der Version 1.1.4 gelöst sein, welche Anfang nächste Woche live sein sollte.

We are currently experiencing issues on our Android TV7 app.

The available storage space is not released correctly for some users. This leads to sporadic gaps in the available channels and replay information.
This problem can be temporarily solved by reinstalling the App and by checking that at least 100MB of space is available on the device.

For some customers, the channel and replay selection menu is very slow.

Both Problems will be fixed in Version 1.1.4 which should be available at the beginning of next week.

Aktuell gibt es ein Problem auf einigen Xiaomi Geräten auf welchen die Android Version von TV7 läuft.

Dabei friert das Bild ein, der Ton läuft weiter. Insbesondere SRF1 und SRF2 scheinen davon betroffen. Multicast ist davon nicht betroffen. Wir vermuten aktuell einen Zusammenhang mit einem Firmware Update von Xiaomi.

Unser Entwicklungsteam konnte das Problem reproduzieren und arbeitet an einer Lösung. Falls Sie Fiber7 oder Crossover7 Kunde sind, können Sie versuchen, bei den Einstellungen im linken Menü, Multicast zu aktiveren.

Currently, there is a problem on some Xiaomi devices running the Android version of TV7.

The picture freezes, but the sound continues to play. Especially SRF1 and SRF2 seem to be affected. Multicast is not affected. We currently suspect a connection with a firmware update from Xiaomi.

Our development team was able to reproduce the problem and is working on a solution. If you are a Fiber7 or Crossover7 customer, you can try to activate multicast in the settings in the left menu.

We are experiencing problems with Copper7 and Hybrid7 connections. Our engineers are working on problem identification and solution.

As a first step we recommend a hard boot (power on, power off) of the router and then of the device (PC, laptop, tablet, ...)

We currently suspect a connection with the previous maintenance in 4222877.

Due to misconfiguraton we lost a number of BGP adjacencies, causing suboptimal routing. Restore is in progress. Only IPv4 connectivity is affected. IPv6 works normal.Sessions are already recovering we are working on a quick resolution.

We are experiencing an outage of our Crossover7 services in Eglisau. Our supplier is working on the case. We expect an outage of 24 hours.

As previously informed, the FTTH node in Eglisau is affected by cable damage. The situation has now been assessed on site as follows and the following detailed information has been announced:

- The fibre optic cable was completely cut through during work.
- The fault clearance was initiated immediately.
- A temporary solution is being worked out. (This is expected to last until today, 15.07.2020 16:00)

At a later point in time (currently unknown) the entire fibre optic cable will be replaced during an announced change.

The cable damage in Eglisau has been repaired with a temporary solution since 14:00.

Information regarding the replacement of the damaged fibre optic cable, which is still to be planned, will follow.
